Visitation hours are 1pm to 8:30 pm, call or text our cell phone for details.
Mother and child are resting right now after lactation class. Delia successfully fed about three times last night. BM was even able to get a 3 hour chunk of sleep (but I had to pry Delia out of her arms to get to that point).

sleeping -- so good!
yes, I too am addicted. And i've never been so sad not to live in DC -- i really want to bring Ben and Jerry's to the hospital and coo over your kid!!! Can't wait to see the peanut!
I'm going to try to be there tonight! Hip Hip Hooray!
And I second Chrissy's questions. Enquiring minds want to know!
Hoooray!!! I'll plan on stopping by after class this afternoon, but will give a call first.
mucho mucho congrats to your family! yay! : )
Glad to hear feeding is going well and you're sneaking in some sleep. Keep up the good work! I am also super bummed that I'm so far from DC and have these pesky job and family responsibilities. Maybe you could set up a webcam so we can do a virtual visit with the fam? Maybe you could set them up all over your house for a live new baby experience. The zoo shows us the naked mole rat colony. This would totally show that up!
To share an unbiased opinion after seeing the kidlet, I must say that Delia is freakin' gorgeous! Really cute and perfect. Perfect ears (really, she could be a baby ear model, they are the most perfect ears), long fingers and toes. And a good sleeper. She was so cute and small that I almost cried. And I got to see her poop. That was cool.
Oh, and on our way out, the nurses - no joke - checked our coats to make sure we weren't smuggling a baby out. They must know - that Delia was cute enough to steal.
